Weekly update!

Last weeks challenge was to workout at least 4 time for 45 minutes! I'm happy to say that I did it.

Julie picked up this challenge as well and here's the result: I too got my time in. Tuesday was weights, 1 hour. Wednesday was 7.5 miles on the treadmill, 112 minutes, Thursday was 2.5 miles on the snowy trail, 30 minutes (take from Wednesday...add 15 minutes), Friday 75 minutes 4 miles and weights at the gym. Did done plus some.

Go Julie! I know you have a lot on your plate but I'm so proud of you looking after yourself!!

Unfortunately after achieving that my week went downhill. First the snow storm, then the people who are supposed to shovel our snow never showed up till today. Oh and yesterday was a really busy day at work. Stress!!

For some reason my blogging mojo has not been around this weekend either. Ugh...

So this weeks challenge is to do at least 2 weight routines. I really need motivation this week. Anyone want to join me in picking up the weights??

Hope you are having a good weekend.

  2. So tell me what a weight routine is? And how long do you want each session to be. I'm game since I think I'll only have two day available this week, possible a third but not positive.
Anyways, I'll join you. I still have no mojo or time to blog so am letting that just sit for now and this is the week we find out what's what with daddy. So maybe next week will feel like sharing but for now, just hanging in there.
Take care and have a blessed weekend. We had 7" of snow today and 7" more due tonight and an 80% of more tomorrow. Which means new snow for cross county skiing, YEAH!!!
    Blessings!!

  4. I can do that. And that will even work in-between my 4 bus run day like Monday and Friday. I have an hour off and try to get a short work out in those days. YEAH!!!
Good luck to you too. We can do this. Thank you for doing the thinking part.
    Blessings!

  5. Me!! I will join in. I think anytime a big pile of snow or a flurry of rain comes through it is hard not to stay in bed. I think you're doing great!

  6. Me too!! I'll do weights at least twice this week - I am going to search pinterest for some workouts.

You did great with your exercising though - 7.5 miles on the treadmill is impressive!

  7. I've been thinking a lot recently about my upper body strength. I'll try to do 2 weight workouts (focus on upper body since I do so much lower body workouts).....I guess that means I better be researching weight routines and stuff today eh?

  10. since we moved my treadmill to the garage... boo I have used it less ::::sad face:::: tiny house, 4 adults, 3 dogs = less treadmill time.... dangerous ground!!! I need to start keeping track of my activity!!! I think just some stickers on the calendar should work... I need at LEAST 4-5 days ... don't ya think!!??
